Changing the air bleed jet size changes the slope of the fuel delivery curve while moving it up or down somewhat in its entirety. Larger means leaner with emphasis towards the top, while smaller means richer with emphasis towards the top.

Jet sizes other than original are not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles in the state of California and in other localities.
