Closed throttle target (ignition on, engine not running, based on correct idle mixture, synchronization, and 1400 rpm idle speed): 0.5 – 0.6 V. Wide open throttle target (ignition on, engine not running): 3.6 – 3.7 V. The measured voltage should increase uniformly from closed to wide open. Idle mixture, sychronization & speed setting instructions
