CALIPER ASSY (LEFT). The original calipers have been discontinued, and good used examples are nearly impossible to find (they are usually corroded inside the seal grooves, which renders them unusable). These calipers can be used as a replacement and are simultaneously a significant upgrade. They provide better power and feel than original via four staggered diameter pistons with more piston area, which serves to improve the ratio between master cylinder and caliper piston area, and via more pad area. Unlike the originals, they are anodized inside and out, which prevents the seal grooves from corroding, making them essentially infinitely rebuildable.
